Plot
In what critics have described as the most intensely shocking motion picture experience of all time, Proact and NetApp present ‘Dawn of the Red (Server Lights)’. The year is 2021, humanity sees an unprecedented surge in data, IOPS accelerate beyond what is thought possible and the global increase in online cat videos has exhausted the capacity of RAM circuits.
Several IT managers find themselves at the centre of this nightmare. The situation in the data centre is getting worse, in this haze of insanity servers are disconnecting from the rack and turning on their masters. The trio barely makes it out of the DC alive and agree to head to the countryside for safety. On the road, they find a retail warehouse and seek refuge inside away from the blood thirsty tech. However, amongst the new gadgets, leather couches and games consoles, will the newfound haven of the goods warehouse be their real prison? Will the savagery consume them? Will they turn on one another? Will the servers find them? When there’s no more life in the RAM… red lights will walk the earth.
